Asé Session Eps 2: Titles and Boxes

I am opening my home to share with you an immersive practice of restorative theatre. 

Allow games, mindfulness, sound and improv restore your creative flow, mental wellness and community connection. Co-Creators are asked to think about the theme and it is optional to bring in poems, phrases, art or more that centers the theme.

Questions to mediate on before the session...

• What are the titles you hold? 
• What are the boxes you have felt placed in? 
• What are your thoughts ande feelings towards them?
• What titles or boxes you wish to experience?

There will be gentle movement so clothing fit for a yoga class would be highly recommended. The evening will culminate in a sample creation of our ensemble work from the night. This will be a combination of imagery and sound. The night will be recorded with nothing released without the consent of all creators. 

Prior experience is not necessary only a playful creative heart.
