About the Event

I am opening my home to share with you an immersive practice of restorative theatre. 

Allow games, mindfulness, sound and improv restore your creative flow, mental wellness and community connection. Co-Creators are asked to think about the theme and it is optional to bring in poems, phrases, art or more that centers the theme.

  • What are your thoughts ande feelings towards them?
