Storytelling for the Soul

Stories are the building blocks towards understanding and healing. Using restorative theatre practices as a wellness practice, we blend yogic mythology with performing arts.

Storytelling for the Soul builds upon a yoga pose mythology to circle it back to the participants in the space with narrative therapy, mindfulness techniques, and creative expression. We blend sound, movement and performing techniques to explore our stories with autonomy and freedom to share as much or as little as desired. 

The immersive explorations are designed to promote mental wellness and ignite creativity for emerging and advance artists. As a collective we explore and reframe personal narratives. These workshops can enhance self-awareness, resilience, and emotional well-being. This class is gentle on the body and all who are curious are encouraged to join.
